I love the tools you suggest; specifically the Double Diamond, and the different stages of the design process and the mindsets that include them. What I think also needs to be discussed is the nature of the problem; particularly, complexity theory and the political dynamics. The Cynefin Framework and Systems mapping are toolsets I lean on when aiming to understand an innovation’s capabilities as well.

Do you use those, or related ones, as well?
