This is interesting, and I’ll have to check out this book.

I think the concerning thing about this point is the assumption that the lone executive has the full knowledge to engage with the creative problem by himself. I hear the need for isolation for deep problem solving, but without diverse team time, the solution to be developed might be exclusive or impractical to needs they didn’t envision.

I deeply appreciate these insights, though! I’ll check out the book!
