Well, seeing as I’m in a bit of a holding pattern while looking for employment, I’m trying to build relationships into secure freelance work or a job without spending too much time on those who can’t offer remuneration. So, making sure people don’t waste my time with meetings that won’t go anywhere is a big task category.

It’s a hard lesson, as I came from academia and the freedom offers space to assist, expand, and research any opportunities which come to mind. But, it’s worth learning, you know?
